Situated on a spacious lot, it provides plenty of room for parking cars, trailers, and boats. This property is ideally located, just a short drive from the stunning Gulf of Mexico and surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options.

The cottage includes a King suite with a private bath and flat-screen TV in the first bedroom. The second suite features a Queen bed, private bath, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, there's a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. With a sleeper sofa, the property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, dependent on unit specifications.
