We had a wonderful stay at Nivasa by Nautiyals! Shailesh Nautiyal and his wife were incredibly sweet and welcoming. The pictures on Booking.com don’t do justice to how beautiful the room actually is. It’s spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely wooden interiors, a beautiful colour scheme, and a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need. The highlight was the projector and the absolutely beautiful, endless forest reserve view from the room. There’s also a lovely extended balcony with a swing and chairs, perfect for sitting out, soaking in the winter sun, and just doing nothing for a while. The morning sunlight made the room even more gorgeous. We absolutely loved the vibe of this place and would happily visit again!

One small thing to keep in mind is that this room is accessed by a flight of stairs, which I guess is what gives you those gorgeous views! If you’re travelling with elderly family members or anyone who may have difficulty with stairs, they do have other room options. I was travelling with my parents, and they absolutely loved the stay and didn’t mind the stairs at all.

Nivas by Nautiyals in Dehradun was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers a peaceful and comfortable vibe. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs, making sure we felt right at home throughout our visit. The location is peaceful yet convenient. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Dehradun and would love to stay here again!!

The view and the photos were just as showcased while booking, no deception! The stay was extremely beautiful and comfortable and mesmerising all at the same time✨ wish i could come here every week, it’s that good!!!

It wasn’t pet friendly, so i couldn’t bring my dog to the stay with me, but it’s fine as i can understand the owner’s concerns.

Everything!! very clean, very comfortable, good location, friendly helpful professional host. Beautiful garden
