Owner was very friendly and helpful. Property had most of what one needs. Bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the little heater. Useful in such a cold appartment. I felt safe and my car was safe. I liked the outside table and chairs and the large glass door. Lovely in the nice weather we had.

A fully functional wardrobe would have been nice. We weren't able to put our clothes anywhere. Also, it would have been good to have unbroken bedside lamps which can switch off from in the bed, on both sides. There is nowhere to put clothes or hang two towels in the bathroom, but it is neat. We were looking forward to using the pool, as it was featured in the pictures, but we were not invited to use it. Also, the walls are very thin and we and the family could hear each other quite clearly through the walls.

The property was so clean , the staff and owners were friendly and accommodating. It was my 2nd time of going there and that’s like home away from home. Will always use this anytime I’m in oudsthoorn as long as it’s available

Nothing honestly

Nice part of town Lots of space Undercover, secure parking Private

Overall neatness of the apartment

Even though it was self catering unit, most places I stay in has a coffee station with coffee at least for the day of arrival. Freezer cant fit anything as it is frozen over. There was chewing gum in my bedding which I found a bit disgusting to be honest. The ceiling fan is also very noisy and may need some attention. Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom for washing hands. For the price I paid, these things could have been included. To other small things like the vanity handle in the bathrom and tap in the kitchen also can be fixed in my opinion.
