This is the second time staying at Gum Tree, and again we found it a wonderful place to stay. The location was within walking distance to Kings Park and the river, and plenty of transport (buses) that are available to the city or Subiaco (and the train station). The studio is very comfortable and has all you could ask for and more.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable, however that is a personal opinion and minor in the overall offering of the studio

We liked the fact that it was so close to the amenities that were needed during our stay.
We should have organized the used of the carport sooner, as the birds had a field day on our vehicle.

Very complete and owner was very kind and thoughtful with the little extras like snacks, cheese and even a bottle of bubbly.
Nothing.
