The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and is generally very nice. The pool is great, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The property itself is well located and I enjoyed my stay overall.

There were ants in the apartment from the moment I arrived, first just a few, but eventually there were many, including lines of ants on the bathroom wall. The bathroom also smelled strongly of sewage. I was also not happy about the complimentary water. I drank from the glass bottle and only afterwards noticed that the cap was black and had a lot of dirt built up on it. I was honestly quite disgusted when I saw it, especially because I had already drunk the water. And when I arrived at the apartment, nobody told me that the products in the fridge had to be paid for. The staff member only showed me what was inside, and he didn’t even speak English at all, so he didn’t explain anything else. I ate a chocolate and some nuts, genuinely thinking the chocolate was complimentary, especially since I was staying for 9 nights. After I left, I was contacted and told I had to pay IDR 197,000 for the chocolate, even though its actual price is around IDR 70,000. I find this price completely excessive and I would never pay that much for a chocolate, not even in Europe.There was also no minibar price list or any information in the apartment. I saw the drinks in the fridge and didn’t touch any of them because I understood those were minibar items, but there was nothing explaining the prices of the snacks. I’m honestly very disappointed that I was only informed about this charge after leaving the accommodation so be careful and don't eat anything from the fridge

I really liked the property because it’s in a great location, very clean, and feels safe with security guards on site. The staff were also super helpful, nice, and friendly, which made the stay even better.

Amazing location very close to all restaurant’s and shops, room was beautiful and space was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us, we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and I had arranged flowers. which Panj helped me organise, he was extremely helpful and polite. They also decorated the room beautifully, nothing was too much to ask and we both really appreciate it. The security man was super helpful too. So polite and well mannered, always checking in!

В номере 13 нет шторы на окне в санузле. А между санузлом и спальней - стекло. В итоге ночью в спальне светло, так как за окном фонарь. Спать можно только с маской.
