This little gem was exactly as advertised. It was nice to have an all en suite PLUS an additional bathroom downstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. The indoor dining area was a touch small but the picnic table outside was helpful to accommodate our crew. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything Manitou, especially the incline. Being on Ruxton Creek and so close to trails and springs was amazing AND we had 3 parking spots!! That is gold in downtown Manitou. A gem indeed

Great location - can walk to shops and things to do. Having parking included was a huge perk in the busy summer town.

Fantastic historic home close to everything you want to do in Manitou Springs! Literally walk to the incline, and the cog railway and all of the shops and restaurants. The host was a great communicator and so helpful. We will return!

Beware This property needs a lot of attention. I don’t know why people keep giving it 5 stars. First there were flies everywhere which the property owner knows about since there were multiple fly swatters in the laundry closet. I must have killed about a dozen each day throughout the house. The whole property has been neglected. You can’t walk up the walkway or take out the trash because the bushes cover up the walkway.The hot tub needs a good scouring too. Lots of nasty foam and didn’t see them draining when we left. Finally, there was supposed to be air conditioning in each room but they messaged me the day before we arrived that they replaced the windows and didn’t have the new air conditioners for a four day weekend.
