Each floor has 2 full baths, kitchen, laundry room and BBQ area. Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts, state government visitors and others looking for modern amenities and historic charm. Close to government buildings and downtown Frankfort and a short drive to Keeneland and more than 10 bourbon distilleries.

This is a whole house rental with no shared spaces.
