Very clean and spacious perfect for a family! Kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking and serving! The owner is easy to contact if anything is needed.

The home was clean and comfortable. It is well outfitted. Everything was in good working order. The setting is quiet and scenic. There is a large deck a portion of which is covered. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing cards and socializing. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a short drive to Pensacola Naval Air Station.

Well equipped, comfortable accommodations. Owner communications were excellent. Ran into a couple of issues that were no fault of the owner, but he quickly took care of them. Great view from the back deck. Close to the beaches, groceries, and restaurants. Great location.

I had doubts driving through the neighborhood. I didn't realize it was a mobile home park. You can tell the home was recently renovated. Very clean on the inside. Kitchen had all appliances and dishes needed to cook. Close to public boat ramp. View of water but you cannot access it. There is a privacy fence on the back porch that has a table but there is no lighting. The charcoal pit was very small and not stable. There is only 1 TV in the living room. Overall, somewhere great to stay for a few days with decent price. Owner is very responsive and addressed all of our concerns!
