We felt there was insufficient lighting. Apart from this the property was clean and well appointed. We particularly appreciated the kitchen supplies and coffee etc.

Great place for the value and location. Easy parking. Clean place. Grounds were beautiful with nice porch to relax on. It got cool two nights but there were space heaters to use since a basement unit. Only real concern was bathroom shower lacked consistent hotwater.

The apartment was a nice size for two people- any more than that and I would have felt cramped. The fridge/freezer was not sized for leftovers or much more than some drinks and basics. The provided pans, glasses, and flatware were clean and easy to locate. We did notice that a door that looked like it went to a different unit had a lock on it that was broken off and the group staying above us seemed to not be aware/care that there were people below them. If you’re used to living under someone else then it’s a non-issue but if you aren’t used to it you may have noisy neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and how close we were to downtown- we spent a rainy day walking through town and checking out the sites!

The outdoor area was spacious and the apartment was very cozy.
