This condo was super clean when we arrived and nicely decorated! It’s well stocked with plenty of kitchen items and starter paper items just as described. Be prepared for lots of stairs but the views are definitely worth being on the third floor. The early morning beach views were so peaceful and beautiful! The location is perfect, we were close enough to the pool to see our family. The complex is family friendly and overall very quiet. We used the public beach access instead of the condo one. The walkway is much better and you don’t have to hike over the dunes. The beds were super comfortable!Overall a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not very well stocked especially for beach activities so you should plan to bring all your own beach accessories. The items provided in the unit are limited as compared to all homes we have stayed in. The location was great with good access to the pool and the ocean. No parking pass was provided and beware there is not a washer/dryer in the unit (the site I booked indicated there was). There is a laundry on site. Not a bad place to stay but just understand it does not have all the bells and whistles.
