Wonderful property with everything we needed! Easy transitions and good beach access!

A truly magical place to stay. This was another fabulous stay at Ron's house and I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. Quiet, yet a short (1min or less) walk to a quiet section of beach, the house offers luxury comforts like great beds, a well stocked kitchen, spotless bathrooms and a layout that offers both privacy yet encourages everyone to be together. The roof deck has incredible sunset views and the garage is well stocked with all you need for the beach. The location is blocks from Publix and St Augustine is a short drive across the bridge, although you probably won't want to leave! Ron is an incredible host and clearly takes pride in his house and making sure you have a wonderful experience. Already dreaming about coming back next year!

We had the best time here for our girls trip beach weekend! The beach is literally right across the street, there’s so much space and supplies in the house and Dan was so responsive to any messages. Would definitely recommend for a group trip!

Modern Beach House fully equipped with everything needed and then some.
