A very charming property with plenty of space! Geofery was a great host and was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and there was amplle parking. One thing to note is that the house is near the road and it can get be disruptive for the front bedroom. Our family of champion sleepers had no problems. We had hoped for better weather because the area near KUMED looked like a great place to wonder around and hang out. We travel to KC often and will be booking this place again if we can!

No interaction with Host. Facilities were fine, however, the Wi-Fi did not work.

We enjoyed our stay. I was comfortable and super close to everything. We felt safe. Geofrey was very quick to respond.

Check in and out was easy. We were told when we checked in that there was only 1 working shower. The pipes sounded like a jackhammer every time you turned on water or flushed a toilet. All amenities were not as advertised, such as no shampoo. It was close to where we needed to be, but I would not stay there again.
