We recently had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here with our kids during spring break. The place exceeded our expectations and was beautifully maintained, making us feel like we could stay there forever. My kids couldn’t stop talking about how cool our house was, and that says something coming from a 9-year-old and a 13-year-old. We’re definitely planning to return to this house or one of Matt and Lisa’s other properties in Havasu. We’re so glad we found them!

This was a great property for our family vacation. The pool was clean, house was clean and well kept asking with great AC during the hot days. We brought two little dogs and the fenced in back yard was perfect for them to run around in. Matt and Lisa were excellent about communication. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

The house, the design, the communication from the hosts….EVERYTHING was spectacular. Clean home, beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Centrally located. I can’t say enough about this house. Worth every penny.

The house was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
