This bright and spacious triplex located in El Médano will make you feel at home. It has all comforts to enjoy the tranquility that this area of the island offers. The house, which has an independent entrance from the street and a small front patio, consists of three floors:
On the first one, we will find a large living room and a small toilet with a washing machine, a full kitchen and a magnificent terrace with views of the garden and access to the community pool.
On the second floor, we will find a large single bedroom, another
room with work area and sofa bed and a full bathroom.
On the third floor we will find a large room with two single beds that you can separate or join according to your preference and a spacious balcony with a laundry area.
The house is located in a beautiful and well-kept residential area with gardens and a communal pool.

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend the accommodation. Great beds, modern bathrooms, hairdryer, coffee machine, cleaning products, washing machine, and great overall homely feel of the house. The swimming pool is fantastic. Great value from money. Exceeded our expectations. The communication with the accommodation management team was excellent (very kind and quick to respond).
