This was a great property and very nice owner/property manager...we will be back!

Loved the house - plenty of room. We had a maintenance issue on Saturday and the team came out super quickly and made the repair. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare large meals and the rooftop deck was a fantastic place to enjoy coffee in the early morning.

Great house in an excellent location. It was also an easy walk to the public beach access, which we really appreciated. The elevator was a huge benefit for our older family members and made getting around much easier. Having a private bathroom for each room was another big plus. Plenty of parking and overall a very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back.

We had an excellent, albeit brief visit to Carolina Beach. The house is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much, but seemed to have everything we might have needed. My only discomfort was that all beds have very thick pillows. These may work for some, but I was quite uncomfortable and ended up using a towel folded to avoid great neck discomfort. This certainly shouldn't dissuade anyone from booking -- in fact that petty of a complaint should signal what a great property it is! Just a word of caution to fickle sleepers like myself: bring your own pillow if you don't like one that's about 6" thick. :)
