The house was just what I expected. Clean, cozy, comfortable. It was private, but easy to get to. Great location for a weekend in Brevard.

We loved our stay at Fern Hill Cabin. I loved the character of this home--the style, furniture, dishes, everything. It is in a truly beautiful area. We enjoyed a meal on the screened-in porch, surrounded by mountain nature. The host answered our questions very quickly, and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. We'd love to stay here again! We also enjoyed exploring the area. We had a fantastic pancake breakfast at Cedar Mountain Cafe, and we explored one of the waterfalls at Dupont Forest.

Quiet, secluded cabin, in heavily forested setting--nice decks and screened porch. You may see deer and the owners friendly dogs may stop by for a visit. Close to Cedar Mountain, DuPont Forest and Brevard. Great communication with host.

The house was decent but dusty and musty smelling especially in the bedrooms. It could stand to be cleaned better also. The doors need some work as far as the locks are concerned. Some of them don’t work right. I’m not complaining about any of this I’m simply stating facts. Even with the issues we had to deal with it was a really nice trip and the neighborhood was decent. We had a wonderful time!
