I wish there were more homes like this in Bethany! The owners did an outstanding job updating and restoring one of Bethany's classic homes while preserving its charm. Something that the town is certainly lacking with its move to more of the mega-beach houses begin the standard. It was the perfect fit for our group of six (four adults and two kids). The home is exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked with everything you need (just note that you'll need to bring your own linens). There is a nice back yard where we had a family birthday party for my 4 yo and plenty of parking (2 in front driveway and at least 3-4 in the back). I've been vacationing in Bethany my entire life and have stayed in many different properties over the years. This home is easily one of the very best—if not the best—we've ever rented. We would absolutely stay here again.

We truly loved our week at this special beach house. We have been Bethany Beach-goers for 40 years and this house and location hit all of the marks for my family of 5. It was close to town for the teens, close to the beach, plenty of parking, around the corner from our morning coffee spot and had the best charm on the block- we loved the screened-in porch and backyard space, the AC was a welcome treat and the rooms were all the perfect amount of old and new. We could not have asked for a better spot and we will definitely hope to return here next summer for our annual trip!

It was a wonderful family vacation. The house is cozy and perfectly beachy. The location is absolutely the best. The screened in front porch served us well. We could really feel the ocean breeze with our morning coffee and evening drinks. Tina was responsive and supportive. It was an all around perfect family vacation. Thank you.

Great house, super close to town and beach. Very clean and overall great space for our family 5 1 (including young kids).
