AC worked great in the room, however it must have been on the fritz in the lobby, as it was quite warm. Room was very clean and comfortable

The staff was wonderful. They were nice. They explained everything and they’re there 24 hours a day so you don’t have to worry about not having anybody to go to. They have great amenities. The room was clean and it was quiet. We’ll stay again.

My microwave in my room did not work and they did not have one downstairs in the common area. The lady at the front desk says no maintenance here right now and basically said im out of luck until the next day. Well I was leaving the next day so aLot of good that does me. I had to go across the street to warm up my dinner.
