Luxury Hotel Riva - Budva

Large, clean, well appointed rooms, but the building is clearly unfinished with wires hanging out of walls and not all lights working. There is little information provided and car parking was not as convenient as the listing suggests - offsite and behind a boom gate that the receptionist needs to walk up and open. Location is very convenient to both the old town and the beaches and many restaurants and the room was quiet and comfortable so we slept really well.

This seems to be a relatively new hotel, as there were signs of recent updates. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance, and it’s right next to the Old Town. The hotel itself was clean and well-presented. The only drawback was the bathroom: the shower didn’t drain properly, which caused flooding. While the staff were quick to help by coming to mop up, it did take away slightly from the overall experience. Also breakfast starts very late and when going on excursions not able to eat. Not a varied menu.

Top location

Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa.
