Location was great.

Small thing bathrobe or a small light blanket

Obiekt w pięknej części polignano. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, chętnie udziela wszelkich informacji. Brak problemu z pozostawieniem bagażu wcześniej. Czysto, wszystko niezbędne dostępne. Dziękuję!

The location was good in the main via Roma strip. The limestone vaulted ceiling was nice and typical of the area.

The room is in an separate building well away from their normal rooms. No issue here really but the room was not up to the standard that is advertised in their ratings. The entry was dirty and dark. The room had chips and black marks all over the walls everywhere which made it feel dirty and unkept. The bathroom shower had black mould in the bottom and there were no blankets for the bed so we only had a sheet. We also asked for an earlier check-in to store our luggage but this was swiftyly rejected even though there was no-one in the room. They say "you get what you pay for" but in this case we didn't get what we paid for.
