I totally recommend it

Do not forget to bring earplugs if your plan is going there to sleep.

I generally liked everything, it was comfortable and clean and there was ventilation that you could adjust inside the cubicle too.

We were 2 people, so having only one storage compartment to put away bags etc was not enough. I hope that they can add additional storage lockers for those who are booking the double cubicle. This is also the reason I removed one point from the score.

people were messy leaving used razors and not washing away shaven hair and also someone took a poo on the toilet seat and the floor

Access to a fridge and basic facilities to cook. The locker was good as it was large enough to fit my carry-on luggage

Only received one towel (hand towel sized) for my 7 night stay. I asked for a fresh towel after 4 nights, but housekeeping left it in a communal area for me to collect (which another resident took before I could get to it) which staff did not rush to replace despite me informing them. Due to the heatwave, the air conditioning struggled, meaning I had to keep the door of my capsule open at night. I was too afraid and uncomfortable to fall asleep, so I had a broken sleep of 2 hours on the 5th night. I ended up booking into a hotel for the rest of my stay. I have still not received a refund on the city tax that I had to pay twice for (as this is linked to the accommodation). I was also kept awake that same night by a male resident who stayed in the hostel, having a telephone conversation at 4.30am in a nearby pod.
