📺Need multiple TVs for the group? There are 3 smart TVs in the house for you to log into your favorite streaming services. A 65inch in the living room, a 55in in the master, and a 43in upstairs in the king bedroom
🔥 Fire up the BBQ and Create Memories on the screened-in back porch. Here, every meal is a celebration of good company and coastal living. 🍔🌿

- If any excessive damage or cleaning is required due to the pets, you will be charged accordingly
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. There is a minimum $250 fee for smoking on the property

Guest Access:
We've implemented a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique front door access code will become active during your designated check-in and check-out periods. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, your access code may not be active until the designated time. Similarly, upon check-out, your access code will automatically deactivate promptly after your designated check-out time.
Other Things to Note:
The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed w/ en suite bathroom (1st floor)
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed (2nd floor)
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed (2nd floor)
Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds (2nd floor)
Bedroom 5: 2 Twin over queen bunk beds (2nd floor)
The house is also equipped with a pack and play and 2 queen size air mattress if needed.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, please review and follow the rules below:
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage.
QUIET HOURS (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Outdoor noise must be significantly reduced after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result in removal from the home.
GUEST POLICY:
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unauthorized or undisclosed guests allowed without prior permission. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.
PARKING:
We fit 4 cars in the driveway. Additional cars will need to be parked in a nearby parking lot.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via the app throughout your entire stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything our group needed. The hosts were amazing to work with—super responsive and accommodating enough to help us out with both an early check-in and a last-minute late checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at this home, and it was just as great as the first. The house is very spacious with plenty of room, in a great location close to shopping, and situated in a nice neighborhood. It has become our go to rental when visiting our son in Wilmington, and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

We traveled to Wilmington to spend Thanksgiving with my son who goes to school there, and this house was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, and there were more than enough place settings. The house was very clean when we arrived and was spacious enough to comfortably host the six people who joined us. Check in was very easy. Everything was handled remotely, so we were able to go straight to the house and use the key code. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap, which we thought was a thoughtful touch. The game room was great too. Lots to do. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay.
