Several concerns that we came across with the property. We've stayed in this complex on a prior visit and the location is great as are the amenities, it's a lovely complex. Our check in was smooth but, the unit itself was pretty gross. It is not clean & about 50% of the lights work... We had to shower in the dark, the bedside table lamp was burnt out. When we arrived and turned the lights on in the kitchen, they flickered for a couple minutes before they were able to stay on. The patio is absolutely filthy with a pair of old slippers covered in inches of rotting leaves...and no where to sit or enjoy the outside area. All of the dishes are crusty with left overs stuck to them or sticky. There was laundry in the dryer, and dirty dishes in the dish washer. There was food reminisce, or smears in the fridge, in the utensil drawers and stuck on the utensils separators in the drawers, we also had dirt in the ice tray. There was pet food on the floor in the hallway and pet hair or the likes in the corners next to it...and as I write this, an ant is crawling up the wall next to me.I scrubbed out the fridge, dumped out the ice and washed out the ice tray. I have all the utensils and dishes/glassware loaded in the dishwasher and have washed the utensil trays and wiped down those drawers. I sent all that info to the property manager with 22 photos, and he responded that he'd have light bulbs brought over, which never happened, the unit isn't even decorated. Rip off, terrible service.

While the host was very responsive, I was given the wrong address and a code that did not work to unlock the door. Upon receiving the correct address and code, I was surprised to find a first story condo when the images in the booking clearly showed a second story. The host relocated me to the second story, but only after I questioned them about my accommodations and the difference between what was advertised and what I received. The condo was not cleaned and not well prepared to receive guests. I provided the host with images of the cleanliness but there was no acknowledgement or apology for the appearance or readiness of the condo. I would not recommend this host or unit in the future.
