This place was great! Loved the big deck facing the creek. Place was clean easy to check into. Plenty of parking for size of the property. Perfect amenities. Would definitely rent again for a next tripTo West Virginia. Excellent hosts.

Gorgeous view, great accommodation and a very responsive host!

River Perch on the Cacapon is a serene, private, gorgeous property on a wonderful stretch of the river. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. Glenn is very kind and responsive, and helpful with suggestions for food, activities, hiking spots, etc. The house is stocked with plenty of towels, linens, paper towels, soaps, and other sundries, which were so appreciated. The welcome basket with s'mores kits and other goodies was a lovely special touch, as were the fire starter supplies. The house and property are very dog-friendly. We really enjoyed our weekend, would love to go back, and hope to soon!

We loved our stay at River Perch. It's recently remodeled, with plenty of space for an extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped and the setting is quiet. We really enjoyed the elevated porch, watching for wildlife and listening to the river. Check-in and check-out is very easy with keypad entry, and our host (lives nearby) was helpful and friendly.
