Quiet location, though a bit of a hike to bathhouse row, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, ample space for two couples. Was nice to have laundry available. You can hike on nice trails just a block or two away.

It was easy to get to and in a good location.The complex was quiet so no trouble sleeping

The property was very nice and just a short distance from the main strip of Branson.

The condo was clean! Nice size washer and dryer as well. The downside for us was that, although the condo was listed as non-smoking, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was there when we opened the door. I was concerned someone had smoked in the condo. The host had 2 purifiers in the condo, one upstairs and one downstairs. When I messaged about it, she said the condo was a non-smoking unit, but that being it was connected to other condos, the smoke could be filtrating from them. Even the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. She did offer to come change filters and such to try and make it better. I think it would be a good idea to include in the listing about the smoke infiltrating into the condo for those who have allergies or who may be sensitive to cigarette smoke.
