Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a short corridor leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine. This room boasts an access to the balcony with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*There are other accommodations inside the building.

This property is located in an EXCELLENT location, close to NUMEROUS cafes, restaurants and wine bars.
The property is small in size, with a tiny kitchen and bathroom. There was a fabulous balcony off of the bedroom and dining room which afforded stunning views of the harbor and the town below.
There is a washing machine, which was definitely appreciated!
Be aware that this apartment is located on the fourth floor with NO elevator!!
