The layout is perfect, high end appliances and a very quiet and secluded feel. Rear view is of Turtle Point #6 tee box and it is a quick 5 minute bike ride down trail to beach boardwalk. When I purchase a home in this area, I would want it to be this one’s sister. ESPM is terrific to work with and have already booked this same unit for our trip back for spring break.

Close to the bike path (5 min to the beach biking, 15 min walking).Unfortunately, AC and heat water units are next to master bedroom. Because of the golf course, there is maintenance machines running nearby every morning.

It accommodated us perfectly and provided the best scenery for a beautiful birthday dinner and Easter brunch. The house is very well appointed and clean. There is nothing we would have wanted to change. Hopefully we will be able to return someday!
