The home was spacious, good communication, roomy kitchen but the view outside was the best we spent several hours in the morning out there with our coffee and several hours at night before we went to bed, enjoying our nightcap. One of the bathrooms did have a leaky water Spicket that made the bathroom floor get wet, one of the bathtubs was slippery and didn’t feel safe during a shower. Other than that access in and checking out was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay.

This property was great for 5 couples, since we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was well supplied for the many meals we prepared. The house is situated on a hill top with beautiful views and has plenty of outdoor seating. We didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi, but it looked inviting. The location was excellent, usually a 10 minute drive t most of the wineries and 30 minutes from downtown Temecula.We appreciated the active communication with the owner, especially regarding the check in time of 4pm (vs 5 on the booking confirm) and the ample coffee maker provided, including filters, coffee and pods.The only minor suggestion for improvement is to provide more kitchen towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms.We had a wonderful 3 day weekend staying at this property!

I wish I had better news to share about this property. The view was incredible and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything one would need for a stay. The BBQ outside worked well and it was lovely to dine outside. The beds were not as advertised. We had booked the house with the expectation (from the ad) that there were indeed 3 king beds in the house. There was only one, and the rest were Queens (which isn't a big deal unless you have two families traveling with kids who often end up in the bed). The spa outside did not work (jets shot out everywhere making it quite unpleasant). The TV in the master bedroom was missing a soundbar (which clearly was there earlier), a few outlets were missing and the outside of the house (including the golfing green from the photos) is in disrepair. There is no "games room" as there is in the photos which is misleading. The water filter is long overdue for a clean and the dishwasher flooded. When I brought all of this up with the owner, we got a polite apology. Normally (even on a Sunday) a dishwasher flooding event would trigger an immediate visit by a technician when multiple people are staying. Instead, we were told it would be looked at after we left. We even tried to get the putting green functioning again only to discover there are no golf balls provided. We were told to go and buy some! For the price, all of this is disappointing considering the competition in the area.
