Make some memories at our unique and family-friendly place. Minutes from IU/Bloomington we are situated in the rolling hills around Lake Monroe.
The space
Our home was once a one room schoolhouse. We have complemented the beautiful historic features, such as hardwood floors, with modern comforts.
It sits on 1 acre providing plenty of space for cornhole and relaxing. Our covered front porch offers peaceful views of walkers and bicycles. Our back deck has a gas fire pit great for unwinding with your favorite drink.
Two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and living room allow you to feel completely at home.

Wonderful place to stay near Bloomington, but seemingly miles away in the woods. Beautiful maintained/updated space with the added snacks and water/ soft drinks provided were greatly appreciated Very clean and decorated with sprinkles of the schoolhouse motif throughout

The little cottage was so clean and cute and having a covered porch when it rained was nice to sit outside under. Back deck was nice with the gas fireplace to detour the summer bugs. Would go there again.

Everything was great! Very smooth. Can’t control the weather, so we did not get to enjoy much hiking! Overall very cozy location

School house is cute and clean in a very quiet neighborhood. The fact that everyone in Bloomington raises their prices to 1000 a night IU graduation weekend is pretty sad.
