Boat lift shown in picture did not work , not able to rent boat to use. Bathroom : no exhaust fan or ventilation, showerdoor a hazard, not secure, very dangerous. No window screens and most windows did not work. Outside lighting not sufficient. Photocell cuts door light out to soon and made it difficult to put in code. Storage area below very musty and smoke dectector has been by-passed. Bikes not usable as all tires were flat land rusty. Felt it was way over priced for what we got comparing to other rentals in the area.
