This fantastic apartment is located on the hills above the Seine docks near the Mirabeau Bridge (“beneath the Mirabeau Bridge flows the Seine”) in the 16th arrondissement. You’ll never forget your stay in this sun-drenched, modern, green, and spacious apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur, whether you’re here for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways in Paris.
The Apartment
Very spacious with open layouts, very sunny (facing south in the morning and north in the evening), featuring a long balcony (13m) fully landscaped with plants and flowers, offering a fantastic view of the Seine, and the Eiffel Tower right from your living room, this apartment is perfect for business trips or family vacations. It offers a delightful vantage point with multiple views of Paris.
Designed around fine stones (granite and marble), wood, plants and flowers, and mirrors, this apartment is designed to highlight its prime location overlooking the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur, and the hill of Montmartre, with light streaming in from both the south and the north. On the other hand, its modern furnishings and technological design (HDMI video projector, Devialet speakers, voice-activated speakers, electric awnings and storage units, etc.)—as well as its simplicity—are designed to offer the utmost comfort, fostering serenity and creativity through the interplay of tradition and modernity, and the urban-rural dynamic.
Special attention is paid here to cleanliness, both inside the apartment and on the balcony (since I, too, am a discerning traveler!). What’s more, I practically cleared out the apartment for my guests: when you rent it, the apartment is spotless and entirely yours!
