Cute downstairs living space in an older home. Quiet neighborhood and resident upstairs. No temperature control, but mostly comfortable with some increased humidity. Mattresses could be firmer. Short drive to Main Street restaurant sand JMU.

I had a great experience with this rental. Thank you.

The place was clean - could hear tenants above when they walked around especially when they got ready for work at 5:30am. Not sure over a mile (38 min) is walking distance to JMU and is not close to downtown restaurants or shopping. It is close to fast food. At the current price would never stay there again. Would pay the extra 30-50 per night for a hotel with breakfast included.
