WEEKDAY WORK STAYS

Make your next Moses Lake work trip more comfortable with a dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and the convenience of a full home close to town and the new hospital.

Four separate bedrooms and three bathrooms offer a practical layout for colleagues traveling together. Prepare meals in the kitchen, gather in the living areas, and unwind in the hot tub after the workday.

LAKEFRONT LIVING

The lake is only steps from the backyard, with no-bank waterfront and a private dock.

During the warmer months, enjoy:
• Swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water
• A private dock for boats and jet skis, subject to water levels
• Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, available seasonally
• A large grassy backyard
• Outdoor dining with lake views
• A covered deck and BBQ
• A hot tub overlooking the lake

Enjoy morning coffee by the water, a leisurely afternoon outdoors, or sunset views from the backyard.

BOATING & OUTDOOR ADVENTURE

Bring your boat or jet skis for a summer lake getaway. Boat trailer parking is available, and nearby launches make getting onto the lake convenient.

When water levels and vessel draft allow, you can keep your boat or jet skis tied to the private dock during your stay. Dock access depends on seasonal water levels and your vessel’s draft.

Explore the shoreline, fish, or enjoy tubing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

For an adventure on land, the Moses Lake Sand Dunes are about 15 minutes away. Bring your ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or side-by-sides, then return to relax at the house. A backyard hose is available to rinse off your gear.

GAME ROOM & OUTDOOR FUN

Rain or shine, there’s plenty to enjoy.

The game room includes:
• Air hockey
• Ping-pong
• Pac-Man arcade
• Smart TV

Outdoor games include:
• Cornhole
• Bocce ball
• Croquet
• A large lawn for family games

SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE

Two comfortable living rooms give everyone room to gather or enjoy a little quiet time. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning help make your stay comfortable throughout the year.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, utensils, serving dishes, basic spices, and coffee-making options with a Keurig Duo and drip coffee maker.

We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and popcorn—perfect for slow mornings and cozy evenings.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

Traveling with little ones? We provide:
• Pack ’n Plays
• Booster seats that attach securely to dining chairs
• Children’s dishes and cups
• Board games

Baby gates are not provided. Because the property has direct waterfront access, children require close adult supervision near the lake and dock.

Nearby attractions include:
• Downtown Moses Lake restaurants and shopping
• Moses Lake Sand Dunes
• Surf ’n Slide Water Park, open seasonally

Whether you’re visiting for work, a concert, a family gathering, or an outdoor adventure, Edgewater Paradise offers a comfortable place to return to.

SEASONAL WATER LEVELS

Moses Lake’s water level is typically lowered from early November through early April. During this period, boating, swimming, and launching kayaks or paddleboards from the property may be limited or unavailable.

The waterfront setting, lake views, hot tub, fire pit, and indoor amenities still make the home an inviting fall and winter retreat. Water activities depend on seasonal water levels and conditions.
