Very nice apartment of more than 100 m2, for 4/5 people, located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful villa typical of the architecture of the thermal heritage.

The kitchen, very bright, completely integrated with many cupboards, is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.

A first bedroom, with a surface area of 23 m2, is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a single boat bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom, with exposed beams and large windows, with an area of 30 m2, includes a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, a closet, 2 armchairs and a pedestal table.
The bathroom, too, with its exposed beams, is equipped with a pretty bathtub, bidet, sink and large cupboards.
The toilet is separate.

Train station 600 meters away. Ease of parking on the street for free.

Our animal friends are not accepted.

Linen is not included in the rental price. If you wish, it is possible to rent them at the rate of:
- Set for 1 person bed (towel kit included): €15.
- 140/160 bed set (towel kit included): €20.

These optional services must be paid for on site and must be booked before your arrival.
