Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was an ant problem throughout the house mainly in my in laws room. I texted and they promptly came and sprayed. There was no follow up and the problem persisted. Basically my mother in law and her husband slept with ants in their bed the entire stay. The kitchen had an odor that smelled like propane -there might be a leak in the stove area. Overall the house is in average shape wise and found it to be well stocked.for cooking etc.The house is in a good location to most of the towns activities so that was a plus.We have stayed in Manzanita 20 plus times so our rating would be somewhere in the middle. The house certainly didn't dampen our stay but could have some updates.
