5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

This modern two bedroom two bathroom property was perfect for our short stay in Luxembourg. It was easily walkable to the city center and a majority of the sites we wanted to see. There is a street close by that has restaurants and a night club like feel, if you’re into that scene.
My only suggestion or observation had to do with the towels and soap provided or like there of. Everybody got one bath towel and one hand towel for each bathroom. No wash cloths, no hand soap in the bathroom. But maybe that’s just the way things are in Europe. We adapted just fine. We would stay again and bring our own soaps.
