Thames was named one of the world's coolest streets by Time Out, and you'll see why the moment you step out: specialty coffee, design shops and some of the city's most talked-about tables within a few blocks. Plaza Serrano, with its weekend fair and nightlife, is about a 10-minute walk, and the Botanical Garden and Ecoparque are close by. Palermo Soho is Buenos Aires at street level, best explored on foot.

Your keys will be waiting in a locker at Jorge Luis Borges 2283, just one block from the apartment, so you can arrive on your own schedule. On weekdays from 10am to 5pm you can also pick them up at our office: Sánchez de Bustamante 2320, 3rd floor, Apt B, Recoleta. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, we offer in-person check-in for an additional USD 30-50 depending on date and time. Guest ID and registration are part of the check-in process.

50m² on the 4th floor: a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining nook with upholstered banquette, and a separate bedroom with queen bed, work desk and TV. One full bathroom with tub. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and an in-unit washer, so longer stays run smoothly. A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. The balcony, with two chairs and a side table, opens off the living area.

Plaza Italia station on Subte Line D is about a 5-minute walk, with direct service to Recoleta, Tribunales and downtown. Palermo station on the San Martín train line is around 10 minutes on foot, and several bus lines run along nearby Av. Santa Fe. Taxis and ride apps are easy to find at any hour, and Aeroparque airport is roughly a 20-minute drive. Within Palermo Soho, walking is the best way to get around.

Set up for couples, solo travelers, business guests and small families, with room for up to 3 guests: a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a third guest. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to keep the calm of the building in mind.
