The host is very dedicated to ensuring what is promoted is delivered. I have never had a more responsive and accommodating host.

The house was in a great location near the beach but in a calm spot near the bay. However, the plumbing was not great. The sinks drained slow and the hot water ran out quick. The communication was great and the entry was too.

The stay was great. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very spacious. Since it was the top floor you had a wonderful view of the bay area and did not have to worry about anyone above you making a bunch of noise. Hosts were great and responsive. Our only complaint is that it seemed that there was some type of water leak issues. There was a puddle in the master bedroom on the carpet when we arrived and there were peep holes cut out in the ceiling- most likely to get a look at the roof, but honestly that didn't bother us as we understand that owning properties can be a handful.

Very roomy and clean and had all the kitchen tools needed for cooking.
