The place is exactly as described; it’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay for 8 people. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The house is located very close to the Disney parks, and there’s a Walmart just one block away. José is very friendly and responds to all questions and concerns very quickly. My only suggestion would be to update some of the appliances.

Fully enjoyed staying at your home. Quiet community and close to the parks. The unit was perfect, no issues and the communication was excellent. Will return in our next trip to Orlando. Thank you!!

The property worked out perfectly for our family. It was just the right amount of space for everyone to have their own room. The weight room on the property with attached playroom was convenient. The whole family could go together. The only issue was the ants. Maybe this is just a Florida thing. It wasn’t a show stopper for me.

The previous reviews complemented the cleanliness of the house. That was not our experience. The floors were extremely filthy. My walked around in their socks for maybe 15 minutes and they were black! There was heavy dust on a lot of surfaces, the bathrooms were not very clean and one bathroom was very filthy when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he was quick to reply to resolve the issues. When the cleaning team did not come back to clean the bathroom I let him know but he stopped responding. We checked out today and I still never heard back from him. The downstairs living space is very small and cramped. The convenience of having a bathroom connected to each bedroom is nice. We wouldn’t stay at one of these properties again.
