The location and view of the apartment was great. It is super close to Avenida Paulista and a short walk to Oscar Ferra which is a lovely shopping street with great restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this place, great value for the location, building and apartment.

The property was as pictured and the management was very easy to talk to!
Easy access with the face recognition.
The area is great, 7 min walk to Paulista and 15 to Oscar Freire and many restaurants and stores around.
The only negative was that, despite being a very high end neighborhood, the area lost power twice during my stay due to heavy rain.
