Good stay at Cozy Private Room in Shared Central Apt-Rm 1

The location is very strategic in the center of city, really near the Canberra Centre. The place is spacious and clean. Had a very good security system that make us secure while stayed there. The balcony also had a great view.

The security system is too secure. Make us confused when we want to check in. For first timer who come there it's somehow confusing. But Dana, the host is very responsive and helpful everytime we contacted. The bed is not too big.

No help service. Cannot get access to the room. Had to cancel the booking

Unclear instruction to get access to the room. No service when call for help.

Exactly what was promised

I stayed only for 1 night. It was a clean bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment with a lock on the bedroom door and a shared Bathroom

I had issues checking in - the instructions where only available once I approved the $300 deposit for the night, even though it was $125 for the night. I assume I missed that in the fine print. And I guess the shared toilet - waking up and someone else in in there for a long time might annoy someone.

Didn’t stay. Left

Dodgy. No couch. No chair. Dodgy divided room in shared tiny apart with a stranger in a tiny apartment next door just a thin wall dividing with a kitchen that’s it. Not warm cozy or comfortable. Entry was confusing to say the least. Couldn’t find apartment block. Thought it was a scam booking especially because we didn’t receive any info as soon as we booked. We had to wait thinking it was a scam. No one to ask how to get in. Walked into a stranger. Bed was hard. One stand alone wardrobe that took up half the tiny space. No place to hang clothes (no hangers provided). A desk. No table. No lounge or lounging chair. No TV. Too small to put bags on floor & not fall over them. It was clean & that’s the only thing I could see from the get go. Location was awesome once we finally found it. Couldn’t find shared bathroom. Assumed there wasn’t one until we finally grabbed our bags to leave. No one about to ask any questions about milk tea coffee nothing. Dodgy as. Left immediately to find alternate quality comfortable accommodation. Falsely advertised. Never recommend unless you’re a back packer & just need a bed & want to go out all night as there was no tv to entertain you or a lounge to sit on. Will never use booking .com again. Don’t trust it

Location

Room had no rubbish bin and the shower is right next to the toilet so the whole floor is wet after you have a shower as there are no shower doors. You need to be careful slipping too.
