Post Hotel & Spa

Close to Lake Louise.

Lovely hotel! We were upgraded for our honeymoon which was amazing! Mezzanine bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. Amazing restaurant and super friendly helpful staff (Allie in particular!) Shuttle to Lake Louise is great. Pool/spa area was ok but not as much of a ‘spa’ as I had expected. Massage was ok, not relaxing like I had asked and felt pressured to give a higher tip than wanted due to being asked how much I wanted to give at the spa reception rather than. However, all in all, lovely hotel.

The room was spacious, the staff were fantastic, particularly Nicola who was incredible at her job, having only been in Canada for 6 days! At Jayce who served us for dinner, who took the time to explain the menu to us and very kind. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We also had a couples massage and the masseuses were great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Not being able to book for four nights instead of just two, but thats just because the hotel is understandably so popular!

Food and restaurant excellent

Room was on side by parking lot and railroad noisy at night. Had to open window as 75 degrees in room Also walls thin could here people talking next store Chairs in the pub sag
