Dimora Storica Giostra Vecchia - Palazzo Grisolia 1809

Old world Italian charm. Good location for old town. Marco was very supportive and extremely helpful!

Breakfast a bit sparse but adequate.

Our stay at this Palazzo was a lovely, authentic experience. Our host Marco was very hospitable, communication was great and he gave us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. We were able to park the car for free on the outskirts and Marco and his father kindly helped us with our bags. The Palazzo itself is a beautiful historic building, full of old world charm set in the heart of the historic town. The private breakfast, served in the sitting room was incredible, with so many choices of fresh fruits, cured meats and cheeses. The 'new city' is a walk so you must be prepared for that if you want to explore this area. Non 'touristy' destination made us feel we were experiencing a real authentic Italian town.

If you are after a 'chain hotel' feel this is not for you.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber in einem schönen Palazzo. Die 35m2 des Zimmers waren auf 2 Etagen (Galerie zum Schlafen) verteilt. Es stand aber ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Neustadt zu Fuss auch gut erreichbar. Parkplatz ca 5 Minuten entfernt gratis. Unsere Koffer wurden dort sogar mit dem Panda des Besitzers abgeholt.

Wir waren im September da - zum Schlafen auf der Galerie war es anspruchsvoll warm trotz vorhandenem Ventilator.
