Location and the lovely family that run the resort are 10/10. The food in the restaurant is very good. Great breakfast included in the price. The standard room we booked was satisfactory but not great - needs some renovation and we worried about the security in the standard rooms. The more expensive rooms were lovely. We stayed more than 1 night and the family kindly accommodated us even though it meant us changing rooms each day.

A really nice location with a nice beach. We walked the length of the beach and the area near the resort was the cleanest part of the entire beach.
Very friendly and helpful staff, we were treated very well.
Good variety and quality of food at the restaurant looking out over the beach.
Very reasonable prices of food and accommodation.
A few dogs lying around, but found this everywhere in Sri Lanka.

Je loopt vanaf je hotelkamer zo het prachtige strand op. Het strand is nog heerlijk rustig, het voelt alsof je het hele strand voor jezelf hebt. Je kan via het strand naar allerlei leuke restaurantjes lopen. De kamer is basic maar de locatie maakt het een uniek en fijn verblijf, zeker een aanrader!
Als je vroeg in de ochtend een activiteit hebt, zoals walvissen spotten, geef dit dan de avond ervoor even door aan de eigenaar. Het toegangshek wordt ’s nachts afgesloten, waardoor je anders niet zelf van het terrein af kunt. Wij kwamen hier pas ’s ochtends achter en moesten de eigenaar wakker bellen.
