Ocean Breeze Resort

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Notre hôte a été très avenant et bienveillant. Il nous a indiqué comment se déplacer au mieux dans la ville et les activités à faire. . Nous avons pris les bus locaux (belle expérience), tuktuk, van. Il s' est levé pour nous à six heures du matin., pour prendre un train pour Colombo. . Nous avons pu organiser un pickme food et manger sur place en face de la mer. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. L'avantage de ce lieu est l accès direct à la mer en passant par un jardin. Et il se trouve à mi chemin entre galle fort et la mer pour faire du surf et snorkeling.

L établissement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (peinture dans les chambres et meilleur nettoyage dans les salles de bains). Il est face à la mer donc le sel de mer abîme et humidité

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the location as it was directly on the beach. With a really great restaurant a short walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was varied and substantial. I will definitely be making a return trip.

I was visiting during the off season which meant y I didn’t swim in the sea as much as I would have liked. The best time of year to visit is between October and April.

The host and staff were really helpful and kind. The location is great, you’re out of the city centre and it’s nice and quiet but really easy to access the centre (10minutes ride). Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.The a/c worked well. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.Authentic local dishes were a lovely touch. Overall, a highly recommended, comfortable, and clean place.

Hygiene issue. It was not at all clean, washbasin was dirty. Bedsheet and pillow covers had stains. There was a chewing gum stuck on the bed. When we checked in, There was no toiletries in the bathroom ( no hand wash, shower gel/ body wash, shampoo/ soap). We had to ask everything. Not at all worth the money. The breakfast we were given had ants in it. We had to call the manager everytime if we needed anything, there was no reception in the building.
