House is clean.
Very near to convinence store like 99 Mart & 7Eleven.
Got coin laundry service at ground level shop row.
The checkout is too early at 11am.
Had to rush out and management is less considerable to requests.
Basically paying for 20hrs stay.

the facility is very spacious and clean. Totally worth it for the price. Overall the experience was beyond my expectation. Definitely will book here again when coming to Penang next time. Host was very responsive and helpful. Giving clear instructions for check in/out. The best.
