This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single story house you will share with your guests on a half acre with a fenced yard. There is a deck, screened porch with a garden in the back yard. Kingsland, GA is 15 minutes from Kingsbay Submarine Base and Cumberland Island National Seashore. Nearby are Georgia's Golden Isles and Crooked River State Park. A day trip could include Amelia Island, Fl and Fort Clinch State Park in Fernandina Beach, FL. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is also worth a visit. There is a video doorbell installed on the outside of the property.

Had a great time with lots of family if you have a large family or trying to visit a large family, this is the perfect spot for you. It’s huge yard. Very quiet neighborhood huge back door patio plenty of sitting. I will definitely be renting again and don’t forget to host was wonderful I loved every bit of it. I wish it was my own house and my family really loved it. Thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. We came to visit family and they had a great time enjoying the big yard which was landscaped with flowers and had big area sprinklers that the children played in all day. Thank you. Great memories.

This was the perfect stay. It was our first VRBO rental and Cathi was responsive from the start to the many questions I had. We needed a place that would accommodate our pets and Cathi worked with us to ensure a seamless stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. It has a large fenced yard and is charmingly decorated. Very clean. As whole, we were able to live and do our routines as we do at our home as the living space is more than adequate. Will definitely rent again!
