We had one complaint....we didn't book to stay long enough! The house and grounds exceeded expectations. Thank you to the owners for the meticulous care taken with the property. The art work is sensational and the fixtures make the property both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing - something we're not usually fussed with but really made a difference. All the essentials were wonderful - heating, comfy beds, clean, well appointed. A true getaway with no need to think about bringing anything.

A perfect mountain escape! We had a wonderful stay at Cecil’s Chair. The cottage is cosy, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The views are stunning - especially at sunset - and the peaceful surroundings make it easy to unwind. A perfect base for exploring Blackheath and the Blue Mountains.
