Accommodation
La Ferme Taïno is a renovated manor house dating from 1868, featuring three bedrooms on the first floor and a 160-square-meter loft bedroom under the roof, complete with its own bathroom and separate restroom.
On the first floor, there are two large living rooms with fireplaces featuring a stove and a wood-burning insert, a movie theater room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate restroom. The three ground-floor bedrooms feature double beds (140x190), (180x200 or 2x90), and 160x200. Upstairs, under the spacious, exposed-beam attic, there is one 160x200 bed, a bar, and a baby grand piano.
The upper floor is heated by a pellet stove.
The living rooms on the first floor are heated by wood-burning stoves and a fireplace insert. The bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen have electric radiators. Surrounding the farmhouse, a veranda allows you to enjoy the outdoors even when it rains, featuring a small seating area, a table, a sofa, and hammocks.

From November through February, thousands of cranes fly over the farmhouse every morning and evening.

On the property, you have access to the pool, the tiki bar and its outdoor plancha grill, the sauna, and the hot shower surrounded by bamboo.
Many areas of the outdoor space offer a chance to relax in nature. The farm is adjacent to two hectares of forest that are part of the property.
Additional notes
The farm is 35 minutes from Contis Beach, voted the 3rd most beautiful beach in France in June 2022 by the British magazine The Guardian.
You can also enjoy the nightlife in this surfer hotspot, with its renowned bars featuring live music.

Access to the Atlantic Ocean beaches is never congested, even in summer.

The town of Morcenx and its train station are a 10-minute drive away.
From the train station, you can reach Bordeaux or Biarritz in one hour.
Morcenx has two large supermarkets, a computer store, and several pharmacies. A market featuring local products takes place on Wednesday mornings, as well as a smaller one on Saturday mornings. The town also has a movie theater and several restaurants.
If you’re a sushi lover, a sushi food truck is parked at the entrance to Morcenx every Tuesday in the late afternoon.
