The house is just a short drive into downtown Fredericksburg. Having a car will make things easier but uber does service the area. There is plenty of free parking at the house, some covered and some outdoor under tree cover.
No smoking - indoors or outdoors. Hill Country has a high fire hazard!
Please observe quiet hours. No events or outdoor loud music.

For safety and security, this property is equipped with outdoor security cameras located at the driveway and in the backyard by the pool. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
